Question : Why does my post always have to wait for moderators?

Hi may i know the reason why every post i made has to wait a few hours for moderators to accept? Thanks... :toast:

You were placed on post review because of this.

If you wish to make any future posts such as below, please make them in the SITE PROMOTIONS FORUM.

I will remove you from post review at this time and there will be no more restrictions as long as things are carried out as the rules state.
